Also send in a Cheque for Rs. 10000/-as a retainer fee towards cost of the designs to be sent to you. Should you decide to build through us, this fee may be adjusted in the cost of construction.

3. Do you intend to build your complete villa right away OR Would you like to build it in 2 stages?(for reasons of convenience / budget etc..,). If you intend to build in 2 stages, then the villa can be designed accordingly, so that the room sizes are proportionate.
